THEN I WROTE IT IN MY MY HEART AND THATS WHERE IT WILL STAY

1st blog cooking

😋 my first blog is about  cooking

one thing I really love about cooking is that it can be filled with fun and excitement. I really think that anyone can accomplish cooking if they just put there mind to it.  

I'm not really the professional but I do know that it is really hard to come up with a five star recipe 😅

I think my biggest weakness in the kitchen is the hot stuff 😓and my strength is mixing stuff😹

but there's probably a lot of people out there that like the hot stuff  and do not like mixing stuff 

my favorite foods are

1.mac and cheese

2.pizza

3.chicken and mayonnaise sandwich

I think the best thing about cooking is eating the food afterwards though it takes sooo long to cook it and then takes soooo quick to eat it but that's how cooking works I guess 😐  

here are a few good tips when cooking

1.toss most of your spices-especially that ground cumin.

2.treat your herbs as flowers

3.buy a new kitchen sponge

4.use a garbage bowl

5.stop crowding your pans

hey don't blame me if you thought those tips were lame I didn't make them up google did

but wait don't abandon me yet how about a cooking story😅 

once apon a time there was an egg it was nine years old and it smelled

wow I never knew I was a storyteller as well as a cook 

ok so now lets get serious 

lets do a recipe

lemon meringue tart

crust:

 frozen short crust pastry-thawed

lemon filling: 

2 tins condensed milk

8 egg yolks

1 cup fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp lemon zest

1 pinch salt

meringue;

4 egg whites

1/2 cup sugar

1 pinch salt

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp fresh lemon juice  

the method is umm... sorry I forgot😅😅😅

so any way that's the end of the first blog 

 I think it was quite successful
